In La Pared, the first houses were built about 30 years ago. Some of these houses still stand today.

The boom started ony 10 years ago, so that most of the approx. 150 houses are relatively new.

La Pared has a small hotel, wich is currently closed. This is not due to a lack of clients. Aparently the management company did things wich they should not have done. Because of its beautiful architecture and great location, its only a question of time when it will be re-opened

Besides of the hotel, La Pared is a pureley residential village and this fact guarantees the fantastic tranquility, because mass tourism is kept at bay.

Most of the people who live in La Pared are German, but in the lost couple of years, the first British house hunters have discovered the beauty of the area and its attractive property prices.

Due to its great location, La Pared not only is sought after by holiday makers, but also by permanent residents.
